General

• Advertising
• DDoS attacks
• Doxing
• Hacking
• Impersonating staff
• Real money trading
• Scamming

Account

The following account-related actions will result in a ban:

• Account sharing or trading, with the exception of guild bank characters (maximum level 5)
• Multiboxing, with the exception of auction and bank characters (maximum level 5)

In Game

The following in-game actions will result in a ban:

• Botting
• Cheating
• Exploiting

What Will Get Me Warned?

The following actions may result in a warning.

Chat

The following chat-related behavior may result in a warning:

• Having an incomprehensible name
• Discussing politics, race, religion, or sexuality in public channels
• Using a non-English language in public channels
• Using color-changing scripts in game
• Using political, racial, religious, or sexual slurs in any channel or in your name

General

The following general behavior may result in a warning:

• Any attempt to bribe a staff member
• Any same-faction griefing with no counter (we suggest a first-come, first-serve mentality for World Bosses)
• Repeatedly killing or disabling an important quest NPC

PvE

The following PvE-related behavior may result in a warning:

• Safespotting
• Tagging a world boss and having the other faction kill it for you

PvP

The following PvP-related behavior may result in a warning:

• AFKing in BGs
• Organized killing for farming honor
• Organized handover of guild bases
• Safespotting in World PvP

Quest

The following quest-related behavior may result in a warning:

• Intentionally causing any of the four demons for Staff of the Ancients to despawn
• Intentionally causing The Cleaner to appear during The Balance of Light and Dark
